Leading H2H digital marketing event in Europe

 

PING Festival 2018 was organized at the stunning Clarion Hotel Helsinki
located by the sea in Helsinki, Finland on Tuesday 8th of May. The day consisted both of exciting programme discussing the future and contemporary trends of H2H digital marketing and meaningful business encounters. At PING Festival +700 marketing professionals and the most influential content creators from Finland and all over the world came together to create an event like no other.

Networking 

 

Besides natural encounters, we designed the event to encourage building new connections with the help of the Brella platform. With this online tool you could request and schedule your meetings with the right people in advance.

 

The After Party

 

The official PING Festival After Party took place at Kaiku night club from 8 pm onwards.

The party was hosted by Soikku and Kareinen from YleX Throwback, and the music was provided by DJs Ida Karimaa and Anne Lainto from Uuden Musiikin X programme by the radio station YleX.

The unforgettable evening included activities such as the awarding of the Best Festival Outfit and a karaoke competition by Fazer Remix Hits

 

Networking Sauna evening at Löyly for the international participants

 

For international participants, we also offered a day in Helsinki on 7th of May including a Finnish Sauna experience with dinner by the seaside at Löyly, together with festival speakers and international influencers. Löyly evening was a unique Finnish experience, which was uplifted even more with the amazing Helsinki ocean scenery.

 

Recording the event 

 

PING Festival 2018 was recorded and video clips are published online. All participants are aware of the fact that our guests could be filmed at any time.

Taking pictures and videos, posting them on different social media channels and commenting on them was allowed and, moreover, encouraged. The official hashtag was #pingfestival8.

 

PING Festival reserves the right to repost anything with this hashtag in its own channels or in its partners’ channels.
